So it’s no surprise the entire Jonas clan made their way to Vegas last weekend for the opening of Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, the restaurant concept helmed by Denise and Kevin Jonas, Sr. Former Los Angeles Times reporter Neal J. Including a two-story guesthouse, which has its own kitchen and living area, there are 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Set behind gates on about an acre, the two-story contemporary has 15,000 square feet of space, high ceilings and pocketing walls of glass that open to outdoor living spaces.

The brothers finished recording their fourth studio album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times, and began to talk about the album in the beginning of 2009. Jonas, 30, earlier this year reunited with brothers Nick and Kevin to release “Happiness Begins,” the Jonas Brothers’ first studio album since 2009. The frontman was previously performing with DNCE, the funk-pop band he founded in 2015. "In that house, we basically wrote the first record we released on Hollywood. The Jonas Brothers earned an estimated $12 million in 2007, and have donated 10% of their earnings to their charity, Change for the Children Foundation.
